Salt & stone secures majority stake
Advent International has acquired a majority stake in premium body care brand Salt & Stone for undisclosed terms. Founded by former pro snowboarder Nima Jalali in 2017, the Los Angeles-based company boasts a growing distribution network that includes Sephora, Healf, Amazon and Space NK. Vogue Business first reported the potential acquisition in January.

Hello klean lands brita investment
Water filtration brand Hello Klean has secured a minority investment from Brita, with an option for the latter to purchase a majority stake in the future. The company, founded in 2020 by Karlee Zhang and Omer Ozener, generated $14.7 million in revenue last year and is projected to reach $27 million in 2026.

Saks secures additional funding
Saks Global has received approval for its five-year Business plan from senior secured bondholders, granting access to an additional $300 million of its $1.75 billion committed capital. This liquidity boost will support the company's ongoing operations.
