Tgl's bold bid for golf's future

Golf is on the hunt for younger viewers, and the agreed-upon solution seems to be team golf. It's better for TV, social media, and attention-grabbing events like the Ryder Cup. But this newfound strategy falls on recently drawn party lines. LIV Golf, backed by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, is marketing itself with team uniforms and a hybrid team-solo setup. On the other side, there's the TMRW Golf League (TGL), funded by the PGA Tour, Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and big sports team investors. It's a similar concept - making the game feel faster for screens - but plays out with a simulator screen and morphable greens.
